Session Chairs and Sponsors
Play an important part in the very core of what makes EUEC so enriching. Become a session chair and help EUEC in its mission to bring experts together to discuss, share and educate.
SPEAKING FORMAT at EUEC:
- Each session is 2-hours long with 6 speakers.
- Each speaker makes a 15-minute PowerPoint presentation and has 5 minutes for Q&A time permitting
- The two Co-chairs in each session introduce the 6 speakers using bios brought to session by the speakers.
- The co-chairs give 10 minute and 15 minute warning and stops the speaker at 20-minutes
- The room is set-up with a PC to load your final PowerPoint presentation half hour before the session begins.
- Session Sponsorship with Company Logo is available for $2,000. (Reduced to $500 for speakers)
- Speakers can place Company logo Ad for $500 in their session.
The voluntary position of session chair is an excellent way to get noticed, have input in the program, generate traffic to your session and have more time in front of the microphone. Listed below are some quick notes about what is involved.The Session Co-chairs share responsibilities which are very minimal during the 2- hour presentation time.
- Session co-chairs can opt to have input on structure and content of your session. .
- Take an active role as a session leader. We welcome your suggestions on relocating speakers, speaker sequence, and on any formatting ideas.
- Moderate your session. Session chairs are asked to ensure that the session runs on-time and within20-minutes allocated for each speaker. Make sure and remind them of the time requirements and discourage any marketing of products or services during technical presentations.
- Introduce the session and fellow speakers. Speakers will provided you with a short bio one-half hour before the start of your session. Speakers will bring their final PowerPoint slides if they have made changes to the ones emailed to EUEC for loading on the conference PC..

$2000, ($500 for speakers) Each session runs for two hours and will feature six speakers presenting on a similar topic of discussion. A session sponsorship is an easy and inexpensive option to effect brand awareness. Your company name and logo will be included in the conference program, on any session signage as well as acknowledged on the conference website. Session chairs are given first right of refusal to sponsor the sessions that they chair.
