Session Sponsorship

Each technical session runs for two hours and features six speakers presenting on a similar topic of discussion. Sponsoring a session is an easy and inexpensive option to effect brand awareness. Your company name and logo will be included in the conference program, on any session signage as well as acknowledged on the conference website. Session chairs are given first right of refusal to sponsor the sessions that they chair.
Refreshment Breaks

Half hour beverage and food breaks provide an excellent opportunity to get your name out in a quick and effective manner. While the attendees take a break and refuel, take advantage of the moment and create brand recognition. Your logo is included on all signage for this special event, as well as conference collateral and sponsor recognition signage throughout the conference.

Opening and Closing Receptions

Help kick off or close out another successful conference by sponsoring either the opening or closing reception. Both events are held in the Exhibit Hall following the conference sessions. During the reception, you are welcome to make a dynamic presentation where you can inform the attendees of your company’s services and competitive advantages, as well as position your company as an industry leader. The sponsoring company will be introduced by the Conference Chairman. Additionally, your logo is included on all signage for this special event, as well as conference collateral and sponsor recognition signage throughout the conference.
