Prabhu Dayal is Chairman of EUEC, the 23rd Annual, Energy Utility Environment Conference. Previously he served as Director of Corporate Environmental Compliance at Tucson Electric Power Company for 15 years, and Senior Environmental Engineer at El Paso Natural Gas Company for 7 years. He is the founder and CEO of Ctrade, an international waste-to-energy company with nine renewable energy projects developed in Philippines, and India. The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects in Cebu Philippines received 50,000 CERs per year (Certified Emission Credits) under Kyoto Protocol for converting waste animal manure to organic fertilizer, biogas and electricity. He holds a Doctorate in Soil, Water & Environmental Science, from University of Arizona; Masters in Civil Engineering, from University of Texas, El Paso; and Master of Management Science, from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey.
